The Visits menu can oversee every offender visit that take place at your facility. The key TAG visits screens are:
Authorized Visitors: for each offender, TAG keeps a list of outside people allowed to visit.
Scheduled Visits: you can book visits for a specific date, time, and location (down to table level). Only visitors approved for the offender are allowed. When the visit occurs, you confirm or update the details.
Record Visits: you can record scheduled or unscheduled visits. When a visitor arrives unannounced, you record the date, time and location. Again, TAG allows the visit only if the visitor is approved.
Both Offenders and Visitors may have visit restrictions which you can view and modify.
Restrictions post warnings only, and do not prohibit visits.
On visit inquiry screens you can view a log of all completed visits or an offender's historical visit record.
