The Visit Log Inquiry screen displays a list of all offenders who have had visits that occurred on the search parameter date.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Visits Visit Log Inquiry.
When you first access this screen, it is already in query mode. In the Visit Search block, you can query on any one or combination of these fields:
Type: List of Values available.
Location: List of Values available.
Date: visit date.
Start Time: time that a visit started; HH:MM, 24 hour clock.
Click Find (Query) to carry out your search. (If you're using the menu or keyboard instead of the toolbar, click Execute Query.) The Search Results block then displays all offenders who had visits during the period specified in your search. For each visit, the block shows the visit Start and End times, the offender being visited, the offender's Housing Loc[ation], Type and Location.
You can scroll through the list using the arrow keys. (As you do so, the highlighted record is flagged with an X at the far left of the block.) The Visitors block (at the bottom of the screen) shows all visitors recorded for the visit currently highlighted in the Search Results block.
