Use the Case Identifier Search screen to locate offender records by searching for numbers associated with a particular legal case.
For example, enter a Case/Info #, Docket # or Rap #, and TAG displays the offender records associated with that number, along with the specific case and court involved.
Under Search Criteria:
To access this screen from the Main Menu, Select Search/assign Case Id Search.
In the Type field, select a type of search method from the List of Values, for example, Docket #.
In the Number field, enter the number associated with your chosen method of search, for example, (docket #) 123.
Click Query/Find to locate the offender record.
Under Query Results, the following information displays:
The Last/First/Middle Name columns lists the offender's name.
The OMS column lists the offender's unique ID number.
The Birthdate column lists the offender's date of birth.
The Case/Info # column lists the offender's case number.
The Court column lists the name of the court associated with the offender's case.
