TAG's Parole Commission module can be used by parole commissions for the recording of parole hearings and decisions.
A record is kept of offenders awaiting parole hearings, and sittings of the Parole Commission are arranged based on this demand. Individual offenders are then scheduled to appear at a specific sitting, and the results of the subsequent parole hearing, including parole date or commutation of a sentence, update the offender's record. The parole date will create a schedule record for the offender requiring transfer between an institutional and community services caseload.
