Parole Hearing Decision Report

Upon completion of a parole hearing, you should print a Parole Hearing Decisions Report.

1. To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Instituitions Parole Reports Institutional.

2. Select the Parole Hearing Deicisions Report from the List of Values.

3. Enter the submission details:

• Printer: List of Values available. May default to a designated printer at your site. You may override by making another selection.

• Copies: indicate number of copies. May default to a designated number. You may override by entering another number.

• You have the option of displaying the report contents onscreen by placing a Y in the Display on Screen? field.

• Hearing Date: defaults to current date; you may change.

• Corrections Location: List of Values available.

4. Click Save to print the report.
