The Parole Commission Sittings screen schedules sitting dates and locations for the Parole Commission. You have to record these sittings before you can use TAG to schedule hearings for offenders.
To record a sitting:
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Parole Schedule Sittings.
Complete these fields:
Sitting Date: type in the date of the Parole Commission sitting using a MM\DD\YYYY format.
Location: List of Values available.
Parole Commission: List of Values available.
To record more than one parole commission sitting, use the arrow keys to move down to the next empty line (or click Insert), and repeat step 1.
When all entries have been made, click Save.
