Community Requests: Details/Tracking Window

(Community Orders/Request Requests)

Use the Details/Tracking window to view details of the report selected on the Requests screen, and to record the completion of transcription.

  1. Click the Details/Tracking button on the Request screen to open the Details/Tracking pop-up window.

    At the top of the window, the report selected in the Requests block of the Requests screen appears with details as recorded on that screen. The Due Date is the date that transcription of the report is due to be completed. This is three working days before the Delivery Date, (the date the report is to be delivered to the court). The delivery date is three working days before the Report Due date on the Requests screen.

  2. Click the Request Information for This Report Type block to display the details of the report.

  3. Fill in these fields:

  1. Click Next Block to access the Tracking block.

  2. Fill in:

  1. Click Save.

  2. Click Exit to return to the Requests screen.
