(Community Orders/Request Requests)
The Submission Status window is accessible only to supervisors, as defined by your system administrator. It allows authorized persons to record a change in the status of a report that has been sent out to be transcribed (typed) and, for some reason, has not been received back on schedule.
Click the Submission Status button in the Tracking block of the Details/Tracking window (opened by a button on the Requests screen).
Fill in:
Status: select a status from the List of Values; optional.
Authorized By: type in your name as the officer authorizing the status change; optional.
Click Save.
Click Exit to return to the Details/Tracking window.
