With the Report Transmission/Delivery screen provides a list of reports that have been completed and are ready to be delivered to a selected court location. Use it to record the delivery of reports requested by the court locations in your caseload.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Community Orders/Requests Court Report Delivery.
In the Court field, select a court location from the List of Values; mandatory.
In the Department field, select a department of the selected court from the List of Values; optional.
Query. The Reports Due to Court Department block displays all reports requested by the selected court that have not yet been recorded as delivered, in order of delivery due date.
Files whose Sent checkbox is checked on the Report Transcription screen, but whose Received Back checkbox is not checked, will not appear here. Those files are being transcribed and are not ready for delivery.
To add a report for the next delivery to the selected court/department, check the Include In Next Delivery checkbox for each report.
Click Save.
To record delivery, query in the top block on the desired court/department. The Reports Due to Court/Department block shows all reports ready for shipment (Include In Next Delivery checkboxes are checked).
Click the Record Transmission Delivery button.
The Details block automatically displays the current user name and the current date.
Sent (if different): if you are delivering the reports to the court on a date other than the current date, type in the date that you are delivering the reports.
Delivery Method: type in method of delivery; mandatory.
Click Save.
A pop-up window appears that reads:
"_ file(s) being submitted. Receipt number for report(s)
being delivered is: _."
Click OK. The delivered reports disappear from the Reports Due to Court/Department block.
