The Report Transmission/Delivery Inquiry screen displays a log of reports that have been sent to the courts, with associated details.
Select Community Orders/Requests Report Transmission Inquiry from the Main Menu.
Query to see a list of all reports that have been sent, with associated details.
To narrow your search, fill in one or more of the fields in the Search Criteria - Report Delivery Inquiry block:
Court: select from the List of Values the court the reports are being sent to; optional.
Department: select from the List of Values the court department the reports are being sent to; optional.
Date/Time: type in the date and time that the report was sent; optional. Use standard date format and HH:MM (24 hour clock).
Receipt #: type in the receipt number for the report delivery; optional.
Sending Location: select from the List of Values the office the reports are being sent from; optional.
DOC#: type in the unique ID# of the offender whose report you want to locate; optional.
Last Name/First Name: type in the name(s) of the offender whose report you want to locate; optional.
The Report Delivery Log block displays all the sent reports matching your search criteria.
To cancel the delivery of a report, click on the Cancel Delivery checkbox for the report.
To cancel delivery of all the displayed reports, click on the Cancel All Items checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
Click on Save. Any cancelled reports disappear from this screen and return to the Report Transmission/Delivery screen.
