Recording Person's Address

(Community Intake Personal Contacts)

Use the Addresses window to view and record addresses for the person selected on the Personal and Professional Contact screen.

  1. Click the Addresses History button on the Personal and Professional Contact screen.

  2. This window displays any address information previously entered on the Persons Search/Update screen. Information entered here also displays on that screen.

  3. To record a new address, complete the following fields:

  1. Click Save. A message appears confirming the save.

  2. Click Exit to close the window and return to the Personal and Professional Contact screen.
