(Community Intake Personal Contacts)
Use the Addresses window to view and record addresses for the person selected on the Personal and Professional Contact screen.
Click the Addresses History button on the Personal and Professional Contact screen.
This window displays any address information previously entered on the Persons Search/Update screen. Information entered here also displays on that screen.
To record a new address, complete the following fields:
Unit #: type in the apartment number and/or street number of the person's current residence; optional.
Street: type in the name of the street where the person lives; optional.
City/Town: select from the List of Values; optional. If the city/town you want to add is not on the list, click on the Add City button. This opens the Add to LOV screen, where you can make new entries to the List of Values.
Post(al) Code: type in the zip or postal code for the address; optional.
State: select from the List of Values; optional.
Country: select from the List of Values; optional.
From/To Date: type in the first and last month and year of the person's residence at this address; optional.
Address Type: select the type of address from the List of Values; optional.
Click Save. A message appears confirming the save.
Click Exit to close the window and return to the Personal and Professional Contact screen.
