Looking for Outstanding Hold Orders

Step 1 in the Sentencing Process

Look for outstanding hold orders that must be cleared for the sentenced charges on the Order/Sentence Inquiry screen.

1. To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Inquiries Offender Spec. Booking Summ..

2. Click the Orders button in the Booking Details block to bring up the Order/Sentence Inquiry screen.

3. Look for outstanding hold orders that must be cleared for the sentenced charges.

OR

Click the List of Values in the unique identifier # field in the Header block to get to the Booking Summary screen. Do steps 2 and 3 to locate outstanding hold orders.

If there are outstanding appearance/detainer orders that must be cleared, proceed to Step 2 in the sentencing process. If all holds are cleared, skip ahead to Step 3.
