The Review Agenda/Inquiry screen deals with requests that are scheduled for reviews (active status requests). This inquiry screen defaults to those requests with an "active" status, so a list of the requests to be reviewed is immediately available. A request review committee can use this list as an agenda.
You can enter a request review result on this Review Agenda/Inquiry screen, or click a button to shortcut to the Review Result screen.
With the Agenda/Inquiry screen, you can query on records with a "reviewed" status to display results that have already been recorded. This provides a list of all of the request results that may need further action. For example, if a request is approved for an offender to change his work assignment, then this change can be accomplished through the Review Results screen.
Request information entered in the Requests screen and in the Request Schedule Inquiry screen, automatically displays on this Review Agenda/Inquiry screen. Any review result that you assign to a request on this Review Agenda/Inquiry screen, will automatically display on the Review Results screen.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Requests Review Agenda/Inquiry.
