To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Requests Review Results.
Use the Review Results screen to record request review results, and using the Actions block, complete any actions associated with a review result. For example, if a request is approved for an offender to transfer to another institution, you can move directly to the Transfer screen where you can schedule the transfer. When you are finished and have saved your record, you are automatically returned to this screen.
The Review Results screen is the last screen in the request process, so it automatically displays offender request information that has been recorded on the previous request process screens. Once you have recorded and saved review result information on this screen, the review result automatically displays on the Review Agenda Inquiry screen.
Select Query/Find to retrieve an offender record.
Click Next Block to access the Request/Review block. This display-only block automatically shows information that was recorded on previous request process screens. If there is more than one request listed, scroll to the request you need. Note that one request can have several dispositions, and several reviews. There is one result for each review.
Select the request. If the offender has several requests, you can place the cursor in any of the fields, and scroll with the down arrow to locate the request.
Click Next Block to access the Results block.

The Actions block consists of a list of TAG screens that may have information about the selected offender or may require data entry because of the review results. If the screen has information about the selected offender, the checkbox at the right will be checked and the Go button will be enabled.
Clicking a Go button will take you directly to a screen to view information about the offender or to perform work associated with a request review result. For example, if an offender request for a change in work assignment was reviewed and approved, clicking the Go button for the Offender Assignment screen will take you to that screen, where you can reassign his/her work. After you have finished your work on the screen, saved it, and clicked Exit, you are returned to this screen.
