Caseload Specific Name Searches

Use the [Caseload-Specific] Name Search screen to locate offender records in the community caseload you are currently assigned to and logged into. You can do exact or wildcard name searches across the current caseload. It returns only offenders active on that caseload.

  1. To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Community Name search.

  2. The name of the active caseload appears at the top of the screen. Query to display all the names in the caseload.

  3. You can query on any of the Name fields to return a specific active record. All the fields accept a wildcard search.

  4. Click on any field in a record (except Location) to select that record.

The Location field displays the names of locations with an established interest in the selected community contact. For active institutional bookings, it displays the current agency location/living unit. For active community contacts:

The Location field also displays the name (Last Name, First Name) of the offender's primary supervising officer as specified in the Case Plan screen.

For information on the work being done on this offender, click on the List of Values at the right of the selected record. This opens the Contact Location Summary pop-up window, showing the offender's Contact #, Status, and Contact Locations.

Click on a location to display details of the Active Orders/Requests associated with the offender, and name of the officer the case is assigned to at that location.

You cannot enter any data in the Contact Location Summary window.
