Community Case Plan Introduction

With TAG, you can create case a plan for an individual offender, retain a history of plan changes, and view previous case plan versions.

The case plan contains multiple narrative sections on the topics defined by your location (criminal record, relevant background, problems/needs, strengths/assets...), defining goals and monitoring progress towards those goals.

There is one active plan per offender contact - the most recent version is always listed first. As the case plan changes over time, all previous versions are retained. You can view an earlier version just by selecting that line, but you can't update it.

The primary probation officer for an offender has "ownership" of the case plan. The plan can be created or updated only a) at a location with an established interest in the contact, and b) by a user with update-access to that location in the current caseload.

When the offender's booking is closed on the Close Contact screen, the case plan is also automatically closed (status changes from active to closed).
