When the offender returns to the facility from a temporary absence or court appearance with checked-out property, the Transact Property Items screen confirms that items temporarily checked out are returned. Checked-in items can be placed in previously existing (sealed or unsealed) containers or new containers, or placed in the offender’s cell.
On the Transact Property Items screen you can temporarily check out offender property for temporary absences or court appearances. This action changes the status of property items to OUT.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Property Transact Property.
If necessary, query in the Header block to locate the offender’s record.
Click Next Block to access the Transaction Information block.
