Step 2 in Receiving Offender Property.
The Manage Property Containers screen creates new containers for offenders, recording the property storage location. This screen may also be used to relocate property containers within the agency property locations, or to deactivate an existing container.
If you need to store any of the offender’s property in a container outside of the offender’s cell, you assign the property containers for these items on the Manage Property Containers screen. To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Property Manage Containersu.
If necessary, query in the Header block to locate the offender’s record.
