Offender Progress and Results

The Offender Progress & Results screen records the offender's attendance record for each assigned program/service.

You can also record the end of an offender's participation in a program, whether the program was completed or not.

As well, your system may include an optional questionnaire for measuring offender performance against program/service objectives.

To see a list of programs or services for an offender:

  1. To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Community Programs/Services Offender Progress/Results.

  2. If necessary, query in the Header block to locate the offender record.

  3. Click Next Block to access the Offender's Program/Service Profile. This is a display-only block showing all the programs or services the offender has been referred or assigned to, sorted accordingly:

  1. by Status in this order: assigned, accepted, pending, completed, not completed

  2. by Program/Service, in alphabetical order

  3. by Course/Activity ID in ascending order

  4. by Session number in ascending numerical order

To view or edit an offender's attendance record for a program or service:

  1. Select a program in the Profile block. Attendance records for that program appear in the Attendance block, listed in chronological order. They are copied from the Offender Attendance screen, but you can change them here.

  2. Click Next Block to access the Attendance block. The first Date field is highlighted.

Which of these fields is accessible to you depends on settings made by the system administrator.

  1. Click Save.

After you save, TAG automatically fills in these four fields at the bottom of the Attendance block. These fields cannot be changed.

  1. The system updates the Total Absent and (if enabled) the Hours Completed fields. The Community Service Requirements screen is also updated.

A file save is allowed even if the offender record is inactive.

  1. Click Next Block to access the End Program block.
