The Notification Inquiry screen displays lists of offender release notifications for a period specified by the user.
To use the Notification Inquiry screen:
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Inquiries Notification Inquiry.
In the Notification Range block, enter the time period for which you want to view pending notifications:
Date From: defaults to current date. To change the date, enter another using a MM\DD\YYYY format.
Date To: enter the last date that you wish notifications to be displayed. To change the date, enter another using MM\DD\YYYY.
Click Query for a list of offenders being released within this time period. The Active Notifications block displays the ID#, names, PDD (Possible Discharge Dates) and Override dates (if applicable) of these offenders.
To view notification details for a particular offender, click Next Block to access the Active Notifications block, and use the arrow keys to scroll to the desired offender. Click Next Block to view the detail.
