On the Gang Affiliation Inquiry screen, you can look up an offender's gang activity or see a list of gang members.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institution Case Management Gang Inquiry.
OR
Select Institutions Gangs Gang Inquiry from the Main Menu.
The screen opens in query mode. There are several queries you can do:
To view all offenders (active and inactive) with gang records, leave all fields blank and click Find (Query). (If you're using the menu or keyboard instead of the toolbar, select Execute Query.)
To view active offenders with gang records: type A in the Status field and click Find (Query). (On the menu or keyboard, select Execute Query.)
To view one offender's gang membership: fill in the offender's ID# and/or Name and click Find (Query). (On the menu or keyboard, select Execute Query.)
To view the members of a particular gang: select the Gang and/or Faction (List of Values available) and click Find (Query). (On the menu or keyboard, select Execute Query.)
To view all gang members in a particular housing location: select the Housing Location (List of Values available) and click Find (Query). (On the menu or keyboard, select Execute Query.)
When your search is complete, offenders are listed by ID#, with Gang and Faction membership, Status (confirmed, suspected or associate) and bed location. You can scroll down the list of offenders using the arrow keys.
Click the Offender Detail block for more information on a highlighted offender:
Non-Association: Y indicates this offender must be kept isolated from other offenders or gangs. To see which gangs, click the List of Values in this field.
Alerts: Y indicates this offender is subject to security, medical or transport alerts. To see the alerts, click List of Values in this field.
Multiple Gangs: Y indicates this offender is associated with more than one gang. To see which gangs, click List of Values in this field.
