The status of any given request will change depending on what has happened to the request.
When a Request Type is entered and saved, the status is Open.
When a Disposition is entered and saved, the status changes to Disposed.
If the request will not be going to review, you have the option of entering a disposition of Discharged, which changes the status to Discharged.
When Review is selected and saved, signifying a future review of the disposition, the status changes to Pending.
When a Review Date is entered and saved, the status changes to Active.
When a Review Result is entered and saved, the status changes to Reviewed.
On all request process screens, the default status displayed should be the most recent status associated with a particular Request ID#.
