TAG automatically expires a discipline placement assignment when the current date matches the assignment's expiry date. The assignment Status changes to Expired.
To end a discipline placement assignment before the expiry date (for instance, when a term in discipline placement is revoked), take the following steps.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Classification Care in placement .
If necessary, perform a query in the Header block to locate the offender.
In the Revoked By field, click the List of Values, then select an authority.
Click Save. TAG enters your user ID in the Authorized by field, changes the status to Revoked, and resets the Verified field to No.
