Office Workload Inquiry

The Office Workload Inquiry screen displays the current officer workloads of all staff members currently attached to the selected agency location, and derives a total for the entire agency location. Individual work items can be viewed for each officer.

  1. To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Community Workload Management Office Workload Inquiry.

  2. Query in the Workload Inquiry block to bring up the records for any location that you have access to in your current caseload. You can select a specific location from the List of Values in the Location field for your query, or do a general query and then scroll through the locations to find the one you want.

The Workload Inquiry block shows:

  1. Click Next Block to access the Individual Workloads block.

The Individual Workloads block provides a composite view of officer and non-officer (by status) assignments. Only those officers or statuses with a current workload greater than zero appear.

Only active officers at this agency location are shown. Officer assignments appear first, then non-officer assignments. Officers with no current work do not appear.

    For each officer, view:

    Name: first, last.

Position: Manager, Assistant Manager, Parole Officer, etc.

    Role: type of duties assigned.

Schedule Type: full or part time.

Hours of Work (weekly): total number of hours per week.

Current Workload: total of weighting values currently assigned to this officer.

  2. Click a row to select the officer or non-officer status. Work assigned to the selection appears in the Work Items block, listed by offender (in alphabetical order), then by Order/Request (Type/Code/Component).

  1. Click the Work Item Detail button to acess the Work Item Detail window. It shows additional information on the selected work item.

  2. Click the Incoming Transfers button to view the Receive Incoming Work Transfers screen. (This is a view-only access. To assign work to an officer, access this screen from the Main Menu.)
