(Community Orders/Requests Orders)
Use the Details pop-up window to record additional details, including supervision period information and/or community service hours, for the order selected on the Orders screen.
Click the Details button on the Orders screen.
Registration Date: automatically displays the date the order Type/Code/Description record was created.
Fill in these fields:
Extended Date checkbox: check this box if the order has an extended date; defaults to unchecked; optional.
Date: type in the date to which the order has been extended using a MM\DD\YYYY format.; defaults to current date. This date cannot be earlier than the order commence date in the Orders block.
Authority: select the extending authority from agency locations in the List of Values; optional.
Supervising Court Location: select a court location from the List of Values; optional. The Type and State fields fill automatically.
Total Fine: type in the total amount of the offender's fine as a number with two decimal places; optional.
Total Compensation: type in the amount of compensation the offender is required to pay as a number with two decimal places; optional.
Fine/Compensation Installment Details: type in details of payment installments, if any; optional.
Period Term: displays the order type shown in the Orders block of the Orders screen.
Period Term - Years: type in the number of entire years in the sentence; optional.
Period Term - Months: type in the number of months (over and above entire years) in the sentence; optional.
Period Term - Weeks: type in the number of weeks (over and above entire months) in the sentence; optional.
Period Term - Days: type in the number of days (over and above entire weeks) in the sentence; optional.
Period Term - Hours: type in the number of hours (over and above entire days) in the sentence; optional.
From/To Date: automatically fills in when you save this window. The From Date shows the commencement date as recorded in the Orders block. The To Date shows when the end of the user-recorded Period Term is reached.
Community Service Hours (Work): for Community Service Orders and Fine Default Orders only, type in the number of work hours required by the order; optional.
Community Service Hours Hours (Other): for Community Service Orders and Fine Default Orders only, type in the number of other hours required by the order; optional.
Community Service Hours (Total): automatically fills in when you save this window. After a file save of CSO work and/or Other hours, the system calculates and displays the Total Hours (sum of the two). If the order type is CSO or FDO, the Community Service Total Hours must be greater than zero.
Click Save.
Click the Further Details button to call a special window for orders that require data other than what is already available on the Orders screen. If this button is grayed out, the window is not applicable to the type of order selected.
No fields can be modified after credit hours have been recorded against the selected order in the Programs & Services module (Offender Attendance and Offender Progress screens).
