(Community Orders/Requests Breach/Amendment Appl)
The Track Report pop-up window tracks report production. The fields that can be filled in the Track Report block may vary, depending on what report has been requested. Records can be modified but not deleted.
Click the Track Report button on the Breaches and Condition Amendments screen to open this pop-up window.
The Accessible Document Types block shows the kinds of documents that can be tracked through this window. Fill in these fields:
Category: select a document category from the List of Values; optional.
Document Type: select a document type from the List of Values; mandatory.
Description: type a description of the document; optional.
Click Next Block to access the Track Report block.
Fill in these fields:
Author: defaults to an assigned officer; select a name from the List of Values; optional.
Completion Date/Time: defaults to current system date/time when the Author field is filled in. You can enter a past date and time, but not a future date and time. Use MM\DD\YYYY and HH:MM to enter dates and times.
Location: select a location from the List of Values; optional.
Reviewer: from the List of Values, select the name of the authority responsible for reviewing the report; optional.
Review Date/Time: defaults to current system date/time when the Reviewer field is filled in. You can enter a past date and time, but not a future date and time. Use MM\DD\YYYY and HH:MM to enter dates and times.
Location: select a location from the List of Values; optional.
Submitted By: select a name from the List of Values; optional.
Submission Date/Time: defaults to current system date/time when the Submitted By field is filled in. You can enter a past date and time, but not a future date and time. Use standard date format and HH:MM (24 hour clock); optional.
Submission Location: defaults to the Remanded To Court location, or (if no Remanded To location exists), to the Requested By location, selected in the Details window. Select a location from the List of Values; optional.
Delivery Method: select a delivery method from the List of Values; optional.
Comment: type a comment; optional.
Duty Officer Report: check this checkbox if a duty officer report exists or is required; defaults to unchecked; optional.
Document #: if a word processing document has been generated for this request, the Document # is displayed in this field.
Status: select the status of the document from the List of Values; mandatory.
Click the Create New Document button to open the integrated word-processing application and create a new document with a new Document No.
Click the Edit Document button to access the integrated word-processing application and edit the existing document identified in the Document No field.
Click the View Document button to access the integrated word-processing application and open the existing document identified in the Document No field.
Click Exit to return to the Breaches and Condition Amendments screen.
