This pop-up window appears when you click on the List of Values arrow in the School field, Education Record block, Offender Education screen. The window auto-queries to display all existing entries.
Scroll through the list of names to locate the one you want, or query in the School Code field to locate a specific name.
Click a row to select the name.
Click OK to close the window and carry the name over to the Offender Education screen's School field. The selected school's address appears when you click in the School block. Telephone/fax numbers automatically appear in the Contact blocks when you save.
To close the window without selecting a school, click Cancel.
