Selecting TAG Screens

The easiest way to go to a screen from the Main Menu is to select that screen using the mouse. You can also select screens by using hot keys, a keyboard shortcut designated by the underlined letter in each menu entry.

This is how the Main Menu looks when you select a screen in a sub-menu. The choice you select with the mouse in each menu is blue. In Windows 95, hold the left mouse button down and make your selection. In this example we have selected the menu option Institutions Classification Maintenance Programs.

The hot key for each screen is the one underlined letter in the menu name. To use the hot key to make a menu selection, press the Alt key followed by the underlined Letter keys. In this example the underlined letters are ICMR, so you would press Alt+ICMR. Generally, the underlined letter will not be shown in this manual, but they will always be indicated on the TAG menu.
