Querying Other Blocks

All queries in the first block on a screen work exactly like a Header block query. When you query on a block lower on the screen, however, you are querying for records that add detail to the highlighted record in the block immediately above it. In the example below, if you query the Addresses block, you are querying on addresses for the offender record selected in the Header block, "JOE SMITH". If you query the Addresses block after selecting a different offender in the Header block, you will retrieve addresses for the newly selected offender.
