The Historical Record Summary screen lets you view a summary of an offender’s criminal records history across all bookings. For each period of incarceration (identified by a unique booking number), the screen provides an overview of the offender's movements and legal orders—a snapshot picture of the offender's history with your jurisdiction. To use the Historical Record Summary:
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Search/Assign History Summ.
In the Historical Record Summary, queries in the header block search all offenders in the database, whether they are active or inactive, in your current caseload or not.
