On the Waiting List For Transfers Within Jurisdiction screen, you can view offender transfer records that have been previously recorded in the Waiting List block of the Schedule Transfer Within Jurisdiction screen.
This screen only displays transfer records of the active offenders in your caseload.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Schedules Transfers Within Jurisdiction Waitlist.
The Waiting List For Transfers Within Jurisdiction screen opens listing all offender transfer records with a "pending" status. Transfer records have a "pending" status because the transfer date/time is not yet determined, or because the transfer needs to be approved.
You can query on any field, and can view offender transfer records with "confirmed" or "canceled" statuses.
Click a listed offender, and press F9 on your keyboard to call the Schedule Transfer Within Jurisdiction screen where you can view transfer details.
You can change the To (Location), Priority, and Status fields on this Waiting List For Transfers Within Jurisdiction screen. Any change you make will automatically carry over to the Waiting List block of the Schedule Transfer Within Jurisdiction screen.
When finished making changes, click Save.
