Inquiring on a Property Container’s Current Location

Use the Container Location Inquiry screen when you want to find the current location of a container, but you don’t know which offender it is assigned to.

1. To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Property Property inquiry Container location inquiry.

2. Query to retrieve a container. You can query on container ID, Type, Proposed Disposal Date, Deactivation Date, Active status, Seal Mark and Location.

3. The Property Container block shows current location and status, and which offender it is assigned to.
