The Waiting List For Programs/Services screen displays all offender referrals that have not yet been assigned to a specific course/activity. Use this screen to record the acceptance or rejection of each referral. Only referrals that are accepted can be assigned to an active course/activity session. (Expired programs or services do not appear on this screen.)
You may not need to use this screen, since some organizations do not require officers to refer offenders before assigning them to programs or service sessions. This depends on the rules of your organization. If you are in doubt about using this screen, refer to your system administrator.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Community Programs/Services Waiting list.

(For example, to display only those referrals that have been rejected, click the Status field's List of Values and select Rejected. Then query. Once records are displayed, only the Status field can be changed. Records cannot be created or deleted.

In the Status field, click the List of Values, then select the appropriate status.
