Use the Change Housing Location screen to move an offender from one bed location to another.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Movements Single Housing Change.
If necessary, query in the Header block to locate the offender record.
Complete the Bed Assignments block.
Complete the following fields:
Date: defaults to current date. To change the date, enter another using a MM\DD\YYYY format.
Time: defaults to current time. You may adjust if necessary.
Loc[atio]n: The List of Values brings up the Available Housing Locations block.
On the Available Housing Locations block, some bed locations may be restricted because of offender non-association or offender classification. These locations will be highlighted.
If you select one of these restricted locations, TAG will alert you and ask you if you want to proceed.
Cancel will return you to the Available Housing Locations block, where you can choose another housing location. Yes and No return you to the Bed Assignments block with (yes) or without (no) your selection.
Click Save.
