Sureties and Conditions

This call form is used to enter named sureties and bail conditions that the court has specified.

1. Click the S/C button in the Orders block of the Bail screen in order to view or record information.

2. The Orders block populates with the Case#, Agency, Authority, Issue Date, and Amount. Agency and Amount fields are updateable.

3. Click Next Block to enter the person(s) named as a surety.

4. Click Next Block to complete the Conditions block.

• Conditions: select from the List of Values.

• Comments: optional.

5. Click Save.
