The Other Jurisdiction Offense Information screen records information on offender arrests, offenses, dispositions, and/or outstanding warrants in another jurisdiction.
For institutional work: select Institution Case Management Other Jurisdiction Offenses to access this screen from the Main Menu.
For community work: select Community Orders/Request Other Jurisdiction Offenses from the Main Menu.
If necessary, query in the Header block to locate the offender.
Click Next Block to access the Prior History block.
In the Prior History block, complete the following fields:
Date: type in the month and year of the prior offense. Date must be the same as, or before the current date. To change the date, enter another using a MM\DD\YYYY format.
Type: select from a List of Values the type of legal order.
Offenses Description: type in a description of the offense; mandatory.
Status: select from a List of Values the status of the offense.
Source: select from a List of Values where the information came from.
County: select from a List of Values the county where the record exists.
State: select from a List of Values the state where the record exists.
Verified: click in the checkbox if the information has been verified by an outside agency.
Comment: type in any other relevant information.
Click Save.
If you need to record another prior offense, click the next blank Date field, or click Insert Record in the Date field to insert a blank record. Repeat steps 3-4.
