You can call up the Internal Movement Count screen to see how many offenders are at an internal location at any given time. This screen is intended for administrative purposes, and while it does show offender numbers in specific internal locations, the Internal Movement Count screen is not part of the formal institutional count functionality.
The Internal Movement Count screen displays a list of internal locations that your TAG administrator has defined, with the capacity of each location. The screen also displays the number of offenders at each internal location, and the total number of offenders at all internal locations.
When you select an agency location within your caseload, the system displays the internal location counts as of that precise moment. If you click on the Detail button beside an internal location, you can view all of the offenders at the internal location as well as each offender's current housing location.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Inquiries Internal Move Count.
Select from a List of Values your agency location in the Agency Location field, top block. If only one agency location is listed in the Agency Location field then it will automatically display.
When the agency location is selected or listed by default, the Internal Location Count block automatically displays each internal location, its capacity, current count, Detail button, and the total number of all offenders at all internal locations.
Click on an internal location Detail button if you want to view the particular offenders at that internal location.
A pop-up window titled Housing Locations appears, showing:
The internal location that was selected on the Internal Location Count screen.
A list of the offenders at that internal location and their unique ID#s, last names, first names, and housing locations.
When you have finished with the Housing Locations pop-up window, click the Back button at the lowest right hand corner of the screen. You are returned to the Internal Location Count screen.
