The Booking Summary screen offers an "at-a-glance" review of key information and dates on individual offenders. (About half the information here comes from booking screens—the other half comes from the offender’s legal documents.) To access the Booking Summary screen:
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Inquiries Offender Specific Inquiries. Booking Summary.
Query in the Header block to retrieve the offender.
The Booking Details block contains a list of other TAG screens related to the selected offender. If the Data checkbox is checked, it indicates that the system has information on this offender on that particular screen. To see the data on the screen, select the Form Short Name and click Go. This brings up the new screen where you can review that portion of the offender’s record.
The Current Classification Profile block shows the offender’s Security Level and Placement, as well as the current Hard Copy File Location.
