The Active-out Offender Inquiry screen helps you keep track of active-out offenders and be aware of expected return dates and times.
This screen lists (in alphabetical order) all offenders who are currently active and out on the system’s count (moved “out” to court or temporary absence and not yet returned).
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Inquiries Active-Out Offenders.
This screen auto-query feature which lists all active-out offenders in your caseload by ID#, Name, Location, and To location. You can narrow down the list by querying on ID#, Last or First name, and/or Institution if the complete list is lengthy.
