Screen page 2 shows the next-highest level of housing. For each living unit on page 1, you can see the breakdown by each secondary level within that living unit:
Id: the name of this level of housing, e.g., “Cell Block A”, “North Wing”, etc.
Operational Capacity: the number of offenders that can normally be housed in this living unit.
Physical Capacity: the number of beds in this living unit (displays only if housing locations at your facility have been defined down to the bed level). This can be higher than the defined Operational Capacity.
Current In: the number of offenders currently housed in this living unit who are at this moment inside the institution.
Current Out: the number of offenders currently housed in this living unit who are at this moment outside the institution.
Operational Vacancy: the number of available vacancies in this living unit, based on defined Operational Capacity less current offenders (in and out).
Physical Vacancy: the number of available vacancies in this living unit, based on defined Physical Capacity less current offenders (in and out). Displays only if housing locations at your site have been defined down to the bed level. This can show a negative figure if the number of offenders currently housed in this living unit exceeds stated capacity.
