Shift Log Inquiry

• To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Incidents Incident Log Shift Log Inquiry.

Use this screen to query on shift logs. You can query on date, time, log number and place. Place can be derived from the terminal ID to identify the internal location.

You can query on date, time, log number, place and activity. After defining the search parameters, the system displays all logs. For example, if you define a date, the system will display all logs for that date.

You can define a From and To time. The system will display all logs for that date between the specified times. You can do this to determine what occurred during a shift.

If you record comments, set the C flag to Y. Click the List of Values key to access a window that will display the comments for that log entry.
