Management Review

The Offense In Custody Review screen records a management review of a disciplinary hearing.

1. To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Institutions Incidents Offender viol. OIC review.

2. If necessary, query in the Header block to locate the offender record.

3. Click Next Block to access the Hearing block. The offender's OIC hearings are listed.

4. Using the arrow keys, highlight the hearing under review. (Most likely your selection will be at the top of the list, so you won't have to select with the arrow keys.) The charges tied to this hearing are listed in the block below.

5. Click Next Block to access the Charges block. The charges relating to the hearing selected in the Hearing block are listed here.

6. Click Next Block to access the Review Findings block, and complete the following fields:

7. Review Date: defaults to current date. To change the date, enter another using a MM\DD\YYYY format.

• Time: defaults to current time. To change the time, enter another using an HH:MM format.

• Review Findings: select from the List of Values; mandatory.

• Reviewed By: select from the List of Values; mandatory.

• Comment: record a comment about the proceedings; optional.

7. Click Save.
