The Counsellor Case Notes screen is an offender-specific screen that allows a user to record a summary of information of an inmates evaluation.
The user will be able to query on any inmate on the institution caseload. The user will also be able to query on any past case notes and scroll through each one.
Date and Time will default to the system date. Recorded by will default to the user ID. Evaluation will be a free-format text with word wrap. It will be an unlimited scrolling block. Any number of users will be able to record case notes on the same offender at different times.
Reports can be printed based on the offender ID. This report will print comments made by any and all counsellors in a chronological manner.
