The Case Notes screen records the offender's completion of a program, or specific issues regarding the offender's performance such as behavioral problems. As on the Case Plan screen, the offender's programs are automatically listed with the most recent program first. Only one program can be displayed at a time, so the records are stacked; use the arrow keys to scroll through the program records.
