Each assessment questionnaire can consist of a number of sections each containing questions. The sections are listed in the Select Section block at the top of the Assessment screen page 2. When a section is selected, the associated questions display below. Select each section in turn, and answer the questions for each section. Each possible selection has a numeric score.
Depending on what your TAG administrator has set up, a question can have:
a mutually exclusive answer (only one answer for the question).
inclusive answers (more than one answer for the question).
an automatic answer and scoring, where TAG searches the database, and based on the data found, automatically fills in a value.
The cursor automatically goes to a different field for each different kind of answer. If your TAG administrator has set up a question to have:
a mutually exclusive answer, then the cursor automatically goes to the Answer field in the Questions and Exclusive Answers block.
inclusive answers, then the cursor automatically goes to the Answer field in the Inclusive Answers block.
an automatic answer and scoring, then the answer and score will be automatically filled in. The cursor will go to the Answer field in the Questions and Exclusive Answers block. If you want to supersede the automatic answer score, select from the List of Values an answer. This answer score supersedes the automatic answer score.
For each question, record the most serious possible selection. Each question is mandatory.
