The Officer Workload Inquiry screen displays the current officer workload, including individual work items, for the user ID currently logged on. It is not possible to view any officer workload other than one's own. The screen is basically a full-screen version of the Officer Work block on the Office Workload Inquiry screen.
To access this screen from the Main Menu, select Community Workload Management Officer Workload Inquiry.
The Officer Workload Inquiry block automatically shows your name as the staff member currently logged on, and your total workload.
The Officer Work block displays the individual work items currently assigned to you, listed in this order:
by Order Expiry Date or Report Due Date (whichever is earlier), earliest to latest.
by offender Name (last/first) in alphabetical order.
by Order/Request Type/Code/Component.
The Location field's List of Values accesses all agency locations for which you have an active work assignment. If you query on a selected Location, the Total Workload field in the top block displays your workload total for that location only.
The Expired checkbox is checked if the order expiry date is before the current system date.
Discharged orders do not appear.
Expired orders do appear, even though they no longer contribute to workload.
