(Community Programs/Services Offender Progress/Results)
The Offender Evaluation window is accessed by clicking the Offender Evaluation button on Offender Progress and Results screen. You can record offender performance by using the evaluation questionnaire.
When it opens, the Offender Evaluation window automatically retrieves the questionnaire for the course or activity selected in the Offender's Program/Service Profile block, Offender Progress & Results screen.
By default, the first category is selected in the Evaluation Questionnaire Categories block. The Questions & Responses block shows the questions for that category. You cannot modify or delete existing categories or questions and responses.
To evaluate an offender, select the category that you need from the Evaluation Questionnaire Categories block.
Click Next Block to access the Questions & Responses block.
Answer Yes/No: click Yes or No to answer the first question.
Remarks: type in relevant information; optional.
Repeat step 2 for all other questions.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for other categories.
Click Save. Multiple categories can be saved at one time.
Click Exit to return to the Offender Progress & Results screen.
