(Community Intake Personal Contacts)
The Identification window is a pop-up window accessible from various screens in the intake and maintenance processes. Use this window to record the type and details of identifying documents presented by visitors and other offender contacts.
To open this window, click the Identifiers button on your source screen.
When the window opens, it automatically displays any types of identification already recorded for the selected person. To add a new record, complete the following fields:
Type of ID: select the type of document from the List of Values; mandatory.
Number: type in the document number; mandatory.
Issuing Authority: type in the name of the government body or other official organization with whom the document originated; optional.
Click Save.
Click Exit to close the Identification window and return to the screen where you accessed this window.
