Booking Summary screen

The Booking Summary screen offers an "at-a-glance" review of key information and dates on individual offenders. (About half the information here comes from booking screens—the other half comes from the offender’s legal documents.) To access the Booking Summary screen:

1. Select Institutions Inquiries Offender-spec. Booking summary from the Main Menu.

2. The Booking Details block contains thirteen buttons:

• Aliases

• Alerts

• Escapes

• Imprisonment Status

• Management Status

• Movements

• Orders

• Schedules

• Offences In Custody

• Care In Placement

• Bail/bond

• Gangs

• Non-association.

Black lettering on the button indicates that the system has information on this offender for that particular topic. If the button lettering is grey, there is no information. To view the additional information, click on the button. This brings up a new screen where you can review that portion of the offender’s record.

3. The Sentence Information block shows key sentence details as currently recorded on the system:

• Sentence Start Date

• Earliest Release Date

• Latest Release Date

• Most Serious Charge

As the hint text notes, this sentence information should be used as a guide only.

4. The Current Classification Profile block shows the offender’s Security Level and Placement, as well as the current Hard Copy File Location.

5. Click on Next Block from the Current Classification Profile block to move to page 2 of the Booking Summary screen. The Physical Profile block shows information entered during the offender’s booking.
